Details: - The Cambrian Railcard is not valid unless it has been signed by the holder, nor is it transferable to anyone else.
- Tickets bought with a Railcard are for use by the Railcard holder only.
- A Railcard does not become your property and if requested must be handed in to Transport for Wales.
- When requested by rail staff, the holder must show a valid Railcard, otherwise the full standard fare will be payable as if no Railcard were held.
- If the Railcard becomes defaced, illegible or torn, it will not be valid.
- Replacement cards will be issued upon payment of a £10 administration fee.
When You Cannot Use Your Cambrian Railcard - For the purchase of Season Tickets at discounted prices
- On bus services (except in the case of certain rail - bus through ticketing facilities)
- On special excursion trains (ie not shown in the public timetable)
- With any Rail Rover products (including Day or Evening Rangers / Explore Wales, Explore North & Mid Wales and North Wales Rover tickets)
- With 'Small Group Day' tickets
- In conjunction with special promotion tickets - unless specifically advised

- Machynlleth (opening hours Mon-Sat 0745 to 1600, Sun 1030 to 1330)
Please complete an application form along with proof of identity and conformation of residency, for example, council tax or utility bill.

Postal applications should include: - A completed application form.
- A stamped addressed envelope.
- Photocopy of proof of residence.
- A cheque made payable to Transport for Wales.
